Toasted flour tortillas loaded with spiced Daring Original Pieces, mixed peppers and a squeeze of lime.

In sauce pan, heat 1-2 tbsp grapeseed oil over medium heat.
Add 5 ounces Original Daring Pieces to pan and cook until they begin to golden, about 5 minutes.
Add 1/2 thinly sliced Spanish onion and 2 cloves minced garlic and stir. Cook 3-5 minutes to soften.
Place the Daring pieces in a large mixing bowl and season with 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 chili powder, 1/2 coriander and generous pinch of salt and pepper. Marinade for 20 minutes then add sliced onions and peppers.
Preheat a large griddle pan or wok to a medium-high heat. Using tongs, place the Daring pieces, pepper and onion on the griddle and cook for 7-10 minutes until the Daring pieces are nicely browned. The griddle with be hot so make sure you turn everything occasionally so only light chargrilled lines are formed to add flavor. Once ready, plate up on warm plate.
Warm 4 7-inch tortillas in a microwave for 10 seconds or lightly toast in a dry frying pan.
Serve up an load your tortilla with Daring pieces and a squeeze of 1/2 fresh lime.
