The Daring Plants-On-Plants Kebab


Kravis’ love is easy–just how it should be. You know what else is easy? Making these Daring Plants-On-Plants Kebabs. Just grab some Daring Original Plant Chicken Pieces, some skewers and a bunch of veggies and you’ve got yourself a meal to go head over heels for. Want them to taste even more special?   • 2 pouches Daring Original Plant Chicken Pieces
  • ½ cup heirloom cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini cut in circles for skewers
  • 1 red onion cut in large chucks for skewers
  • 1 red bell pepper cut in large chunks for skewers
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • olive oil, for drizzling
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 cup plant based yogurt
  • ¼ cup cucumber cut in halfmoon slices
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill
  • 1 teaspoon mint

Step 1

For Tzatziki, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and cucumber in a bowl. Add fresh herbs and a drizzle of olive oil and place in the fridge to chill.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 400º F. Place zucchini rounds, onion, and bell pepper on a sheet tray and drizzle abundantly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 10-12 minutes in oven. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat a large sauté pan with 2 tablespoons of oil. Place Daring Original Plant Chicken Pieces in pan and sear 2 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Skewer ingredients in an alternating order of your choice: cherry tomatoes, Daring, red onion, bell pepper, and zucchini. Place back in 400 degree oven to reheat for 1 minute.

Serve immediately with sauce.
