Spicy Buffalo Pinwheels

  • 1 Pouch Daring Buffalo Plant Chicken Wings, shredded
  • 8 oz Cream cheese (or plant-based substitute), softened
  • ½ Cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ Cup shredded cheddar cheese (or plant-based substitute)
  • 4 Large flour tortillas
  • ¼ Cup chopped green onions (optional)

Step 1

Air fry your Daring Buffalo Plant Chicken Pieces at 400° for 8 minutes, turning halfway. Let cool for a few minutes and then shred with two forks.  

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, the shredded plant chicken, and cheddar cheese. Mix until thoroughly combined. 

Step 3

Lay out one tortilla and spread an even layer of the buffalo plant chicken mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top of the mixture if desired.

Step 4

Carefully roll up the tortilla tightly, starting from one end. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas.

Step 5

Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to firm up. 

Step 6

Once chilled, unwrap the tortilla rolls and slice them into 1-inch thick pinwheels. 

Step 7

Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and serve them chilled, with extra green onion sprinkled on top if desired.
