Ingredients

  • 1 pouch Daring Breaded Plant Chicken Wings
  • 1 pouch Daring Lemon & Herb Plant Chicken Pieces
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Salty Options (Choose 2-3)

  • Olives
  • Olive Tapenade
  • Salted roasted nuts (cashews, pistachios, almonds, pecans)
  • Quick pickled vegetables (or store-bought cornichon pickles!)

  • Candied Nuts

  • Fresh fruit of choice (strawberries, blackberries, green apple, peaches)

Step 1

Start by making your selections from each section (salty, sweet, savory, and for dipping).

Cook the Daring Lemon & Herb Plant Chicken Pieces by preheating a nonstick skillet on high, then reducing to medium heat. Lightly coat the pan with 1 tbsp oil and cook 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally. Pieces are done when golden brown on both sides.

Step 3

Next, cook your Daring Breaded Plant Chicken Wings. From frozen, place your wings in a slightly oiled air fryer at 400°F for 8 minutes, turning halfway through. Your wings are done with then are golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Step 4

Once you’ve gathered, prepared, and cooked all of your selected components, it’s time to assemble! Grab a wooden tray or cutting board ensuring it is big enough to fit everything, but small enough that your snacks look abundant, not sparse.
