Game Day Buffalo Plant Chicken Dip

  • 2 pkg Daring Buffalo Plant Chicken Wings, thawed and cut into bitesize pieces
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 cups Celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 2 cups Riced cauliflower
  • 1 8oz carton Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Plant-based cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Vegan butter
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • Garnish with sriracha, plant-based blue cheese or feta crumbles, and 1 thinly sliced green onion

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large (10-inch) skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add celery, green onions, salt, and pepper, and sauté, stirring frequently until almost tender (about 10 minutes), adding 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup at time, as moisture evaporates.  

Step 2

Add riced cauliflower and another 1/4 cup water and continue cooking, stirring frequently, for another 5 minutes or until moisture is mostly evaporated.  

Step 3

Add dairy-free Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese one spoonful at a time, vegan cheddar, vegan butter, garlic powder, and smoked paprika, turn off heat, and stir until melted and fully incorporated.  

Step 4

Stir in thawed bitesize Daring Buffalo Plant Chicken Wings and sriracha until coated evenly with sauce. Carefully wipe insides of skillet with a paper towel for a neater appearance or transfer mixture to an oiled 9-inch casseroled dish and bake about 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly. 

Step 5

Garnish with a squiggle of sriracha and sprinkles of plant-based blue or feta cheese and green onion.

Step 6

Serve immediately and enjoy!
