  • 2 8oz pouches of Daring Original Pieces
  • 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Lime, juiced and zested
  • 2 tbsp canned chipotle puree
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 onion, finely minced
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1 pack corn tortillas (10 count)
  • Charred corn (optional)
  • Cotija cheese (optional)
  • Sour cream (optional)
  • Fresh diced tomatoes (optional)

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Begin by combining all ingredients for the daring chicken marinade.

Step 3

Marinade minimum of 6 hours.

Step 4

In a shallow greased pan, bake marinated chicken until heated all the way through and some caramelization develops.

Step 5

While chicken is in oven, begin toasting corn tortillas in a pan to soften.

Step 6

To assemble. Place chicken in tortilla and top with cilantro onion mix. Add optional ingredients as desired.
