  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Vegan Tips & Add-Ons

  • No agave? Maple syrup or vegan brown rice syrup works just as well.
  • Want it extra crispy? Air-fry the chicken at 400°F for 8–10 minutes before saucing.
  • Leftovers: Best enjoyed fresh, but reheat in an oven or toaster oven to keep the crunch.

Step 1

Preheat the Oven:

Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

Make the Sauce:

In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, agave, soy sauce, and ketchup. Set aside.

Step 3

Cook the Chicken:

No need to bread—Daring comes ready to crisp! Bake according to package instructions (usually 10–12 minutes at 375°F) or pan-fry in 1 tbsp oil until golden and crispy. Once cooked, transfer to one side of the sheet pan. Pour the sauce over and toss to coat.

Step 4

Roast the Broccoli:

On the other side of the sheet pan, toss broccoli florets with oil, salt, and pepper.

Step 5

Bake Everything Together:

Return the sheet pan to the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, until the broccoli is tender and the sauce is sticky and caramelized.

Step 6

Serve:

Spoon over warm rice and top with sesame seeds or red pepper flakes if you like a little heat.
