Where our Garlic lovers at?! This one’s for you. Daring Original Breaded Pieces get the triple garlic treatment (garlic powder + garlic salt + garlic chips) for a crunchy, munchable AF app that will disappear before you even know it’s gone. Sure we’ve got suggested amounts…but remember, when it comes to Garlic, it’s ok to measure with your heart.

Add canola oil to a cast-iron skillet, dutch oven, or other heavy-bottom cooking vessel. Place over high heat. When the oil is shimmering (a thermometer should read approximately 350ºF), add the Daring Original Breaded Pieces in one even layer. Shallow fry for 4-5 minutes on each side, until crisp and golden brown.
While the Daring cooks, prepare the garlic salt mixture by whisking together the garlic salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a small bowl. Remove the fried Daring Pieces to a paper towel-lined plate and sprinkle the garlic salt mixture over both sides of the Pieces while still hot. Let cool slightly.
Add the thinly sliced garlic to the hot oil, breaking up the pieces into individual slices if stuck. Fry, turning frequently, for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to remove the garlic chips to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
To prepare the “honey” mustard sauce, whisk together the vegan mayo, mustard, agave nectar, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined. Move the fried Daring Pieces to a serving plate, sprinkle with the garlic chips, scallions, and serve with plenty of sauce for dipping.
