Crispy Buffalo Chicken Sliders

  • 2 8oz pouches Daring Buffalo Wings
  • ~1 cup cooking oil, for frying
  • Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Bleu Cheese Crumbles, to garnish
  • 6-8 gluten-free slider buns


  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 2-3 TBSP Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Ranch Dressing

If using an air fryer:

Cook Daring Buffalo Wings from frozen in the air fryer for 8 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.

If shallow frying:

Place a 10” skillet with 1/2” of cooking oil (about 1 cup) over high heat. Heat until the oil registers 325ºF with an instant-read thermometer.

Step 1

Working in batches, shallow fry Daring Wings for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until crispy.

Step 2

Remove fried Daring Wings to a wire rack set over paper towels to drain.

Step 3

In a medium bowl, combine coleslaw mix and Follow Your Heart Ranch Dressing.

Step 4

Place slider buns open face in a frying pan over low heat until slightly toasted.

Step 5

Assemble your sliders: First, add Ranch Slaw on top of the bottom slider buns, then add the Daring Pieces, and top with Follow Your Heart Blue Cheese Crumbles.

Step 6

Serve immediately (and with french fries if desired) and enjoy!
