Even the biggest meat lovers at your BBQ will be asking for one of these, so you may want to double up on ingredients. It’s a melty, crunchy, spicy blend between two toasty buns. An added bonus is that Daring Cajun Pieces come deliciously pre-seasoned.
Skewer the Daring Cajun Plant Chicken Pieces, so that the flat sides go face down on the grill.
Place the skewers on the grill, along with your sliced onions. For toasty buns, place the buns on the grill later on.
Grill the skewers until the Daring pieces start forming a little char on the edges. Once you see blackened edges, you can take them off. Leave the onions on longer if needed, so they get some caramelization.
For melty cheese, place the cheese slices on the bottom buns on the grill, and let the cheese melt a little with the grill lid closed. This may only take a few seconds, depending on how hot your grill is.
Assemble the sandwich. We prefer cheese on the bottom, then Daring pieces, alfalfa sprouts, avocado, onion, and hot sauce on top.
