Why are Cobb salads so great? Because they include every topping ever. Ours has been re-worked into a vegetarian delight, starring Daring Original Plant Chicken Pieces. Adjust toppings however you prefer, making each bite a unique combo of crunch and flavor.

In 2 separate pans, start cooking your vegan bacon and Daring Original Plant Chicken Pieces. For the pieces, heat a frying pan on medium-high heat. Drizzle with a little cooking oil and sear the Daring Original Plant Chicken Pieces for 2-4 minutes per side. They are done when they have a golden brown color to them.
Meanwhile, finely slice the onions, slice cherry tomatoes in half, chop lettuce, and slice avocado.
When the bacon is finished cooking, roughly chop it or tear it up it by hand.
When the Daring Original Plant Chicken Pieces are finished, move to a cutting board and slice it up on an angle so you have little strips.
Place the lettuce in 2 bowls, and toss with the Bleu cheese dressing.
Arrange the toppings in little sections on top of the lettuce. We like to put the Daring in a row down the middle, and place everything else around it. Improvise!
