  • 2 tablespoons water + 1.5 teaspoons cornstarch

Step 1

Make the sauce: Whisk together the tamari, hoisin, brown sugar, sriracha, sesame oil, and white pepper. In a separate bowl, whisk the water and corn starch until smooth. Add the cornstarch slurry to the tamari mixture and whisk until smooth. Set aside.

Step 2

Cook the Daring Plant Chicken Pieces: Cook the Plant Chicken according to the package instructions. In the last minute of cooking, add hoisin or oyster sauce if using. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 3

Sauté the veg: In the same pan, heat neutral oil on medium. Add carrots, onion, andcabbage. Cook for 3-4 minutes until soft. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Step 4

Add noodles and sauce: Stir in noodles. Once they’re hot, pour the sauce over and stir until noodles are evenly coated.

Step 5

Add Daring: Add Daring back in with the scallions. Toss gently to combine.

Step 6
